The purpose of this book and CD is to present an approach to improvising chromatically. Through the concepts and examples offered, the improvisor should be able to integrate this material alongside already established and familiar tonal ideas. The book si divided into two parts. The first half is the theoretical explanations with exact examples of each concept. Part two has assorted musical examples concerned with some aspect of the previous information.
